Managing brand materials from design to delivery

Brand materials are the latest addition to how we support clients at Launch.

We are used to working with founders, sales leaders and marketing teams on brand that supports what they are trying to achieve commercially, whether that is through strategy, design or the assets used day to day across sales and marketing. Over the last 12 months or so, that has extended into the physical side of the brand as well.

This idea developed after it kept coming up in conversation. Clients would ask if we could recommend suppliers to handle uniforms, printed materials or merchandise following a rebrand or refresh. We would point them in the right direction, although it was often clear that the brand we had helped build was not being carried through correctly in production. Logos would be adjusted to fit set methods, colours would change in print, or the item itself would not feel right for the brand it was representing. None of this was intentional, it was just a different part of the process.

We were already involved in building brands and designing the assets around them, so it made sense for us to take responsibility for how these are applied in practical products as well. That is where our Brand Materials offer was born, with the same team who understands the brands also involved in how it is produced across stationery, printed materials, uniforms and other physical outputs.

Experience within the team

Although this is a newer service for Launch, it’s not our first rodeo. Within our team, we have direct experience in sourcing and producing branded materials, with supplier relationships built up over a number of years. This gives us access to reliable partners, competitive pricing, and a strong understanding of the options available at different price points.

We have worked across a high volume of products in different contexts, so know what works in practice and what holds up once it is in use, rather than simply selecting something off the shelf and putting a logo on it.

Over the past year we have delivered branded materials across print, clothing and promotional products including everything from bags and notebooks to deck chairs and dog bandanas. This has allowed us to refine how this is managed end to end, strengthening supplier relationships, improving quality control and building a reliable process for overseeing production and delivery.

Supporting the strongest brands

We’ve become the go to for teams across many strong brand, supporting sales, marketing, events and HR, and removing the need to coordinate multiple suppliers and keeping everything aligned and on brand wherever it’s delivered.

For many brands this starts with everyday items such as stationery and printed documents used across sales and marketing, including brochures, pitch documents, leaflets, posters and giveaway items.

It often extends into clothing and promotional products, from uniforms and branded clothing through to items used at events like pull up banners and light boxes. We also support larger builds such as exhibition stands, whether that be graphics for shell scheme systems or completely custom builds designed in house and delivered through our supplier network.

Some businesses take this further into their working environment, creating on-brand office spaces, signage and customer-facing areas that feel consistent with their brand. Internally, this can include welcome packs, employee materials and branded items that help employees feel part of the business and carry the brand with them in their roles.
