Account Manager

We’re looking for an amazing, plate-spinning Account Manager to join the studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to our growing studio and make your mark. 

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering growth opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, communicating effectively with the internal team, overseeing project timelines and budgets… And so much more! This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, identifying growth opportunities, project management expertise, and a passion for delivering great work.

We provide exceptional design services across an extensive set of creative disciplines to ensure consistency across clients’ visual identity and coherent brand portrayal. Main duties & responsibilities

Growth
Maintaining and building on our existing client relationships, you will also be responsible for growing the accounts and spotting opportunities for further potential.

Communication
Briefing and managing projects on a day to day basis, measuring work against briefs. You will also be the main point of contact for the studio and will be communicating between the team, clients and any other third parties ensuring a seamless workflow and strong team dynamic.

Process
Adhering to and implementing new processes, managing client budgets, and ensuring that on a day-to-day basis things are in order across all touchpoints. Organised, aware, conscientious and proactive. To sum it up – a spinner of plates.

 

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in client services or account management within an agency environment, or an internal marketing role

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that consistently exceeds client expectations

  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite and excellent spelling and grammar

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements proactively and positively
